Terms and Conditions

Ordering
We reserve the right to take more than the time quoted if further revisions have been made and if we have a heavy workload that may delay you will be notified and the completion of your design will be done as soon as possible.

Payment
We require an initial payment of 25% for the work to commence and the addition 75% when the work is completed and you are happy with the design. The payments should be through PayPal which can take all major credit and debit cards.  There are no refunds given! If you choose not to carry on with the design after initial payment is made we cannot refund your money back and we will bill you for the amount of work carried out.

Revisions
You may make as many revisions as you like, although we reserve the right to deny any more revisions or charge a premium fee if a customer requests an unreasonable amount of revisions.

Web Design / Artwork / MySpace Design
We keep a copy of the website or MySpace page as it is was when finished by ourselves. If you make any changes to the website we are not responsible to repair the damage that my be caused. We can resend you a copy of the work we have.
We do not take responsibility for MySpace’s actions including changes to the default MySpace layout causing your design to change. We are not responsible to repair the page if this situation occurs.
We are not responsible for any loss of data/error/corruption on your MySpace page. We simply update the style code changing its appearance.


Design Copyrights
Once completed, the design is completely owned by the customer for all the copyrights. We do reserve the right to display the design in our portfolio or other media.

s Privacy Policy
Personal data and certain other information about you are subject to our Privacy Policy. By using our Service you also agree to the most current version of our Privacy Policy.

Unacceptable Practices
As we strive to offer the very best service, there are certain guidelines and policies that must govern our efforts and relationships with our clients. Practices that are in violation of these guidelines and policies are strictly forbidden and will result in the immediate termination of our service. Such decisions are at the sole discretion of Ryuu Design.. Unacceptable practices include, but are not limited to:

Hardcore pornographic material
Bulk e-mailing tools
Distribution of Internet viruses or other harmful or destructive activity
Harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, racially, chauvinistically, ethnically or otherwise objectionable Content or language.
Illegal activities, such as ponzi schemes, fraudulent charging of credit cards, copyright violations, plagiarism, software piracy, and all unauthorized use of materials or Content that infringes on third parties’ intellectual properties
Intentional or unintentional violations of any applicable local, national or international law.
Reselling e-mail accounts or hosting accounts to third parties
Spamming and all other forms of unsolicited messages including, but not limited to: spam, pyramid schemes, chain letters, and junk e-mail
Other activities, whether lawful or unlawful, that we deems to be in poor taste or that reflect adversely on us or our other clients
As an Client, you agree to conduct your business in a legal and professional manner. You understand that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, video, messages and other material (Content) on your Website is the sole responsibility of the Client. You are fully responsible for all Website Content and agree to hold us harmless in the event of third parties’ legal issues brought against you for your business practices. we retains the right to terminate any accounts that are in violation with the letter or spirit of these conditions.
